I would like to say My Homes WA are an excellent builder, as I have built many home before this build for me was stress free Excellent thank you My Home W.A. Glenn our Construction Manager was amazing, answered our questions and queries promptly and was always available either by phone or meeting us on site. Still in initial handover stage so unable to comment much for the quality and other construction related issues but will sure post again after few months. My Family engaged in My Homes WA as we wanted a Boutique Builder with Personalised Service, Quality Workmanship, Value for your money and within our time frames. I have been very impressed with the Company through every stage Pre, During and Post Construction.
Tom Finlay presented us with a floorplan we couldn't turn away. The actual construction of our home was almost flawless and our build was finished much faster than I had even planned for! The finishings and the quality of our home is second to none.

She took all that I said, and was able to translate this into a working design. Our house ended up being a complicated 6 x 3 build for My Homes, but they did not even bat an eyelid when it came down to the complexity. The building supervisors enough for helping me throughout the process, even when we had hickups with the shire and our bank. Nowadays when not many builders are offering changes to designs, my homes was team was mire than happy to change it according what we wanted. Cular salesman dropping the ball, and I believe he no longer works there.
It was a smooth process compared to what I had anticipated. The finished project is my dream come true and I am grateful to My Homes WA for its contribution. Always very helpful if we needed to make changes and were very helpful helping us to actually decide and design what we wanted! The team arrived for the install when they said they would, they were organised, tidy and checked in regularly that I was happy.

We love our home and have had no issues, eighteen months in. Our build was completed about eighteen months ago and resulted in a great two-storey family home, based on our own custom design and involving many rounds of tweaking and refining the plans before contract signing .

I'm very impressed on how quickly they solve my queries and gave me updates throughout the build. Their building works is impressive, even to the littlest detail. I am very happy with their job, I will definitely recommend this builder to my friends and family. She was very helpful and informative for someone so new to the industry. Casey was very thorough throughout the pre-start process and very prompt and helpful in answering any queries throughout the the build. The skillion roof of the My Seattle home is beautiful and definitely makes our home feel large and open even though we are have a narrow 8.5m block. The build time was on schedule and we were in our home within less than 6 months. The workmanship was awesome, having build homes before this was the best I had seen and the time in which the work occurred also surprised me. My next door neighbour has almost finished his build almost 6 months later than he had been told and with countless issues.

MyHomesWA has exceptional workmanship and build quality over other building companies from my experience living in my mothers newly built home. I highly recommend Brad Robson from SOLAR MY HOME WA. We used this company for our home solar panels and installation. The price and quality of work carried out was excellent. Brad is a very approachable and knowledgeable young man and answered all our various questions regarding solar.
Brad took this in his stride and with no fuss the cable and outlet were install and at a very reasonable cost. The whole process was really easy, Brad and his apprentice were really professional and did a great job. He walked me though how the whole system worked and made sure all my questions were answered.
The communication was impeccable and I say this as I was never left wondering what stage my Home was at. Looking for a builder to build my next home and met Ashleigh at Byford display. Even though she is new to the role, she still very informative and professional. Amazing people, Quality build, and most importantly the Home was delivered as promised both price and quality... Brad Robson and his team were very prompt, friendly and professional. Brad was prompt in replying, coming out to check the job before quoting and answering all my question over a period of time.

We got our place in time, on budget and with no issues. The management was also exceptional, both the building supervisor to the team in the office, While I tried not to bother them, when I did ring them it wasn't an inconvenience and they... The finish quality is great and we are really excited to move in our new home. Highly recommend Solar My Home WA, excellent service, equipment and price, was a pleasure to deal with so much so several people at my work also used them to install solar on their homes. My homes WA provided us with excellent customer service building our home within 20 weeks. All staff were very prompt to reply to any concerns we may have had and quick with paperwork. The build was expertly managed with our site supervisor keeping a close eye on all contractors. All contractors chosen did a lovely job and we were able to walk straight in to our home the day we got our keys. The build was a hassle free easy build, we where given great support and guidance during the pre build process and all our inquires and changes accommodated to on a timely manner.
